| At the end of the semester, students will be able to – |
BP105T.1 | Employ general knowledge of communication, different barriers to communication, how to remove them, the most important aspect is to employ English as a language to communicate, inform, understand and express in English.

BP105T.2 | knowing about different perspectives and styles of communication, understanding the communication and behavioural needs(verbal and non-verbal).

BP105T.3 | To develop listening abilities, creating self-awareness, writing effectively, formal writing- applications, letters, e-mail. Reading and understanding comprehension.
